They have the worlds largest portfolio of billion-dollar foods and are specifically responsible for the growth of some of Americas favorite snack foods, including Fritos, Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, and Tostitos. The National Account Manager will be responsible for co-leading and implementing the strategy and customer management responsibilities for our Frito Lay national Hard Discount channel. This is an exciting role as the National Account lead of growing channel. The qualified candidate will have excellent strategic selling, project management, and negotiating capabilities along with the ability to influence and wire across all levels of the organization. This is a very fast paced environment which requires strong time management and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities for the Customer Management Director Include: Deliver Annual Net Revenue, Trade, and Expense budgets for the Hard Discount Channel team Develop and present Frito Lays Annual Operating Plan to Hard Discount Retailers and Frito Lay leadership teams Develop winning partnerships with customer and with internal PepsiCo stakeholders by influencing and penetrating multiple levels within both organizations to ensure sustainable, long-term, joint business plans Provide Direct People Management coaching, development responsibilities for L09 National Account Field Sales Lead Hard Discount Cross-functional taskforce to ensure internal support for Hard Discount business proposals and development of tools and capabilities needed to drive business results Deliver pricing strategies as part of the overall revenue management process Sell in Frito Lays latest Innovation, marketing programs, and strategic initiatives in order to Deliver Market share growth across salty and savory Recommend improvements and implement new processes and programs where necessary Manages all aspects of planning, merchandising, forecasting as well as timely communication to all appropriate stakeholders on these critical tasks Lead full year customer negotiation and JBP agenda and make regular headquarter buyer calls, quarterly Regional calls and identify customer needs/priorities and creating fact-based selling presentations for assigned retail account Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree Minimum of 5-10 years of customer selling experience Knowledge and deep understanding of the retail industry Strong Strategic Selling, Analytical, Prioritization, Interpersonal, Problem-solving, project management, negotiation and planning skills Compelling interpersonal skills with the ability to craft powerful and persuasive messages Dedication and ability to succeed within a dynamic organization Business & financial acumen Expertise with expense management and/or managing a P&L COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
