  • Drive transformation to improve customer and partner experiences, manage scope at the strategic program level, communicate status and asks to the executive partners, remove obstacles and handle dependencies, issues, and risks.
  • Ensure programs are working towards their budget, schedule, scope, metrics, and remains in alignment with program goals.
  • Lead, motivate, coaches, and gives a voice to the program team members.
  • Program level strategy and planning: budget, timeline, for resources of product owners, business analysts, support transition to RTB.
  • Run the overall program governance controls: intake, reporting, budget allocation, and change control processes.
  • Prepare, shepherd and present the Steering Committee QBRs.
  • Lead all aspects of activities at a program level to ensure return on investment is achieved and signed off.
  • Accountable for working with IT and Busienss stakeholders to prioritize and deliver transformational capabiltiies, & communicating with the executive, business, and IT partners across programs.
  • Run, coordinate, and de-risk program interdependencies.
  • Management of resource, partner, and deliverable alignment across the program.
  • Drives partner engagement and internal alignment across Architecture, Change Management and Adoption at the cross-program level.
  • Program-increment planning and commit-management.
  • Manage the programs documentation and knowledge base.
  • Accountable for release management and go/no-go recommendations.
  • Drive relationship with stakeholder and project teams 
  • Drive Value Stream, Themes and Epics
  • Deliver Capabiitiy Program Plan, Charter, Business Case, and Metrics
  • Deliver Program Governance and Change Management Processes
  • Deliver Program Operating Model and Roles and Responsibilities
  • Deliver Program Communications and Reporting: QBR, Status and Metrics Reports, Newsletters, VoDs

Who You'll Work With

Customer and Partner Services (CPS) is part of the Operations organization at Cisco. This organization is responsible for running Cisco's Quote to Cash operations and support for Customers and Partners. We are also responsible for the Sales Crediting and Compensation for Sales and Partners. 

The CPS Transformation Organization is at the forefront of Ciscos digital transformation to new business models. Seller, Partner and Commerce Experience (SPACE) leads this transformation and evolution of Plan to Sell processes, policies & capabilities across all offers, buying models, route to markets and selling motions.

Who You Are

You're a problem solver and a guide your team looks up to. You have the power to influence peers, managers, and executives, driving towards a decision while handling ambiguity. 

  • B.S. or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of work experience within a Business Operations, Process Improvement, operational excellence, Project Management, o r consulting environment
    • Extensive experience/knowledge in Agile and SAFe project methodology
  • History of accomplishments and initiative delivery. Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
  • Commerce, Distribution and/or Partner lifecycle understanding is a plus 
  • Process and functional aptitude to quickly learn and assimilate to new information
  • Influences the stakeholders in the assessment, planning, and management of complex implementation.
  • Can run complex and multiple internal projects/programs 
  • Experience with Smartsheets, Tableau, Domo or other similar applications is plus
  • RALLY, JIRA + REMEDY experience preferred
