The Sr. Process Improvement Analyst provides support for the development, transformation and continuous improvement of HR initiatives. This role will design new processes; identify ways to improve existing processes; and ensure that processes are sustainable. The Sr. Process Improvement Analyst works as part of a project team as well as independently manages projects through to implementation. This position collaborates frequently with partners in HR as well as other areas of the business such as IT. \u0026nbsp;This position requires the use of data analysis, facilitation skills, knowledge of HR and the retail business, and familiarity using Microsoft Visio.\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E - Participates in planning, scheduling, monitoring, evaluating and directing projects. \u003Cbr /\u003E - Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. \u003Cbr /\u003E - Communicates and reports project status and issues to management. \u003Cbr /\u003E - Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. \u003Cbr /\u003E - Effectively applies THD methodology and enforces project standards. \u003Cbr /\u003E - Minimizes exposure and risks on projects. \u003Cbr /\u003E - Conducts current and to be process analysis utilizing business and systems expertise. Participates in appropriate steps during solution development lifecycle to ensure functional requirements are met. \u003Cbr /\u003E - Determines process improvement opportunities.
