**Sr. Sales Operations Manager, Program Execution**


**Description**


This position is part of the MDU Sales and Marketing Operations organization providing Salesforce project management and day to day operational support to the Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) and Commercial (COM) channels as part of the Indirect Sales & Distribution (IS&D) organization.


The MDU Channel represents over 150 unique dealer businesses with go to market strategies of door to door, events, call centers, digital marketing, retail/store in store, movers, etc. Primary sales focus is video and broadband with emphasis on video (AT&T TV and DIRECTV).


Overarching position responsibility is tied to customer and dealer experience driving project and programs related to two Salesforce.com production environments to improve the overall experience each while achieving the common goal of meeting and exceeding channel sales, revenue and quality goals.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Develops and directs programs that relate to product, sales process or operational changes in support of sales and marketing efforts.

Define, design and implement processes into the organization and facilitate change through consulting and collaboration.

Develops changes to policies, establishes procedures and communicates to the field.

Develops, designs, tests, and implements sales programs (lead & opportunity), case management support, and marketing campaigns (Eloqua & Pardot) across all sales channels with internal business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful program implementation.

Project lead and cross functional program ownership

Create project timelines identifying program initiatives and target launch dates to drive on time project delivery.

Lead regular project meetings to ensure delivery of new enhancements and program launches across the channel.

Proactively make recommendations to course correct any issues identified post- launch.

Establish and manage multiple timelines, milestones and deliverables with minimal guidance.

Involved in strategic discussion where business decisions are made impacting business

Direct communication and engagement with channel sales leadership, channel partners, and dealer principals/key contacts.

Support all leadership initiatives to meet business operating and financial goals.


Experience: Typically 5 or more years Salesforce.com administrating experience. Previous experience in project planning/project management and Salesforce.com administration. Salesforce.com admin certification (ADM201) required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required. Ability to communicate clearly and create relationships is critical. Ability to understand and prioritize the team.

Six or more months of experience in data collection, tracking and analysis

Strong leadership, organizing and planning skills

Ability to influence/persuade others

Must have strong analytical skills to collect, compile, organize, track and analyze data

Must have strong problem solving skills

Must have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (oral, written and presentation)


Desired Qualifications:

Two or more years successful sales management experience

One or more years experience in sales and operational planning

Two or more years working in an advertising and media sales environment

Two or more years experience in a sales related position that includes sales objectives

One or more years in marketing management

One or more years working in a training and development environment

Knowledge of company policies, sales operations and departmental functions

Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
