If you answered YES, the *Senior Solutions Coach* role could be the right opportunity for you.

Primarily Supports our Region Solutions Teams:
o Serving as the primary business consultant to enable the firm's Regional Solutions Teams to accelerate the consistent application of the 5-step process
o Using industry, coaching and development skills to provide objective advice and expertise to help Regional Solutions Teams (CSL, SSC, SSA) and branch teams (new to veteran) in skills needed to achieve business objectives and delivery an ideal client experience
o Proactively diagnosing and providing subject-matter expertise, advice and guidance to help Regional Solutions Teams and branch teams achieve their Region Business Plan objectives
o Delivering timely opportunities in response to the needs of the Regional Solutions Teams

Partners with Client Strategies Group (CSG) Solutions Training and other teams to:
o Implement and ensure the effectiveness of the CSG contribution to FA and BOA training programs
o Lead the strategy, development and delivery of face-to-face, virtual, on-line and other modes of training to branch teams and home office associates on designated topic
o Lead CSG's and the firm's efforts to evolve from product training to client solutions-based training and learning strategy
o Lead targeted, practice management level-based support programs for trimester action plan hand-raisers.
o Lead initiatives and or teams cross departmentally, divisionally and in the field to meet client needs and deepen client relationships.
o Lead, support and participate in collaborating with and leveraging key internal relationships, departments, and divisions, to meet branch team and client needs.

* Understanding of the regulatory landscape and its impacts on the Edward Jones ideal client experience, appointment process, and branch team best practices.
* Providing feedback, coaching, training and guidance to other associates; shares knowledge to help develop others
* Influencing and guiding stakeholders as to effective learning strategy, including training, communication and performance support.
* Uncovering issues and then suggesting and implementing changes to procedures, processes and plans to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
* Actively contributing to the strategy of the department, area and division
* Articulating and advocating for the work of the department, area and division
* Actively keeping abreast of the changing financial services landscape and recommends appropriate training that addresses any potential risks to the firm

*Qualifications Required in the Job:*
Bachelors degree.
7 + years of experience in respective area or financial services industry.
CSC, LLQP, ACC required
Functional knowledge aligned with area of expertise
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
strong interpersonal and advanced project management skills.
organization and time management skills to be able to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of investment products and concepts, practices, and procedures used in the investment industry.
Critical thinking skills and sound judgment are required.
Ability to present issues clearly, focus on desired results to recommend a solution and clearly communicate to business leaders and key stakeholders.
Ability to work independently to meet project goals while keeping key stakeholders and management informed of progress
