**About the Team:**

The mission of our Digital Operations team is to operate a fault resilient, customer-centered, proactive DevOps team. The team is responsible for supporting systems that deliver AT&Ts customer experience, across multiple internet-facing eCommerce applications, databases, platforms and technology stacks. Our customer-journey centric Ops team is made up of Ops Engineers as well as Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) who are all focused on ensuring a highly available, resilient, performant and secure customer experience.

**Job Summary:**

Were looking for an energetic self-starter Sr System developer / Engineer in production support with attention to detail, planning skills and constant focus to meet our application availability and mean time to restore goals. This Senior production support resource will work on mission critical, highly available Salesforce applications in sales/service areas which will require excellent troubleshooting skills for complex issues, identifying monitoring, dashboarding requirements, understand application performance bottlenecks and implementing best practices. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of the key areas of Salesforce configuration and hands-on development experience, excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve production issues in salesforce.com applications, good knowledge in Lightning and Data Migration, knowledge of Mulesoft integrations and experience in handling integration issues and excellent planning and communication skills.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

+ 24 x 7 Production support and second level trouble shooting of salesforce.com application incidents

+ 24 x 7 second level outage response for salesforce.com applications

+ 24 x 7 Application performance monitoring, troubleshooting and corrective actions for salesforce.com applications

+ Support incident management and problem management / RCA for salesforce.com application issues

**Shift timing (if any): Yet to Review**

+ Shift falls typically between 6 am to 11 PM IST with a possibility of off hours on call support on rotational basis. Occasionally may have to work long hours in situations when it is needed.

**Location: Hyderabad / Chennai**

**Primary / Mandatory skills:**

+ **Overall Experience:** 7+ years experience in Production Support / Operations for Mission Critical, high performance salesforce.com applications and Mulesoft integrations in large retail or consumer organization

+ Experience in building monitoring capabilities for Mulesoft integrations within Anypoint

+ Experience in Monitoring product for all defined KPIs to ensure best-in-class customer experience

+ Experience working in modern cloud ecosystems, such as Azure, AWS or GCP

+ Experience in advanced troubleshooting of Salesforce.com applications (any two of Leads, DCI, Case, CLM, C360, KM) batch jobs and Mulesoft integration

+ Integration experience using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

+ Experience with CICD process using GIT, Jenkins or similar tools for deployment of Mulesoft APIs.

+ Experience with Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Flows, Process Builder, RecordTypes

+ Experience on APEX, SOQL, SOSL

+ Well experienced in Lightning Aura Components, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Test Classes

+ Expert in Security Model of Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Lightning Aura Components, JavaScript, jQuery, Sales and Service Cloud, Git and Git Hub.

+ Working knowledge on LWC (Lightning Web Components), Events, Component Life Cycle, Using Public Properties, Wire methods.

+ Implementation experience of Enterprise design pattern

+ Familiarity in building Salesforce applications for Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud

+ Familiarity with Visual Studio Code, Authorize Dev Hub, Creating Scratch Orgs

+ Comfortability with a variety of development tooling, including Force.com IDE, Illuminated Cloud, Ant migration tool, and others

+ Familiarity integrating with ELK, Kafka, etc.

+ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to work in a Global team

**Secondary / Desired skills:**

+ Agile, Lean Agile and/or Scaled Agile methodologies

+ Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment

**Education Qualification:** Bachelors/ Masters degree in Computer Science or related field

**Certifications (if any specific):** Any Certification related to Primary / Mandatory Skills

+ Salesforce Certified Administrator certification

+ Sales Cloud, Service Cloud certifications

+ Certified Platform Developer certification will be an added advantage
