Nous recherchons pr©sentement un poste de Superviseur de Territoire pour nos sites ©loign©s   travers le Qu©bec.

Le superviseur rel¨ve du directeur des op©rations et est charg© d'aider   la supervision, la direction et la coordination des op©rations quotidiennes des camps ©loign©s assign©s. Le candidat   ce poste doit avoir une exp©rience significative dans lindustrie de la restauration avec une solide connaissance des op©rations culinaires, une grande perspicacit© financi¨re et un excellent sens du service   la client¨le.

 

Le mandat de cette personne est dªtre le principal repr©sentant dAramark pour lensemble des unit©s de son territoire.  Il (elle) est responsable de coordonner et de diriger avec succ¨s lensemble des activit©s, rattach©es   sa r©gion, par linterm©diaire de ses subordonn©s. Il (elle) n©gocie directement avec chaque client sur tous les sujets reli©s aux contrats et aux op©rations courantes de fa§on   ©tablir et maintenir une relation daffaires solide et mutuellement b©n©fique.  De cette relation d©coulera un haut niveau de satisfaction des clients et consommateurs, un meilleur taux de r©tention des contrats, une relation solide avec les employ©s, la r©alisation des objectifs financiers de mªme quun plan de croissance de son territoire.

 

De plus, le/la Superviseur doit :

  • Štre responsable du respect des politiques et proc©dures en ressources humaines dans son district.
  • Responsable de maintenir une culture ax©e sur la s©curit© et d©montrer et faire la promotion de la culture, des valeurs et de la philosophie dAramark.
  • Responsable du soutien des gestionnaires de premi¨re ligne pour assurer que les objectifs financiers d'exploitation sont d©pass©s
  • Collaborer en tout temps avec les diff©rents intervenants de lentreprise (ressources humaines, marketing, achat, finances et ventes).
  • D©velopper un plan budg©taire pour son district et pr©parer un budget pour chaque unit©.
  • V©rifier et analyser p©riodiquement et de fa§on rigoureuse, les pr©visions financi¨res de son district et prendre une approche active aux strat©gies n©cessaires   latteinte des objectifs financiers fix©s.
  • ‰tablir et maintenir la satisfaction des clients afin dassurer la continuit© des contrats.
  • Štre responsable de la mise en application et de lefficacit© des programmes dans chaque unit© en respectant les normes de la r©gion et de lentreprise.
  • Štre responsable de la mise en application et du respect des programmes de mise en march© de lentreprise.

 

Conditions de travail et environnement:

  • Exposition   des environnements chauds et froids extrªmes.
  • Capacit© de travailler sur un horaire de rotation ou   ªtre sur site plusieurs jours/semaine.

 

Qualifications requises :

  • Plus de 5 ans d'exp©rience en gestion / leadership, de pr©f©rence dans des campements ©loign©s ou dans des industries h´teli¨res / h´teli¨res
  • 2+ ans d'exp©rience culinaire de pr©f©rence dans des campements ©loign©s ou dans des industries h´teli¨res / h´teli¨res
  • Dipl´me dentreprise ou certificat dun ©tablissement postsecondaire reconnu
  • Doit ªtre capable de travailler efficacement, supervis© et sans supervision
  • Capacit© et volont© de parcourir de longues distances
  • Capacit© et volont© de voyager / travailler longtemps en dehors de chez soi
  • Comp©tences remarquables en communication
  • Permis de conduire de classe 5 valide
  • Certification en secourisme est un atout
  • Familier avec un environnement syndiqu© est un atout

Qualifications

 

 

We are currently looking for a General Manager position for our remote sites across Quebec.

 

The position reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for assisting in the supervision, direction and coordination of the day-to-day operations of remote camps. The candidate for this position must have significant experience in the restaurant industry with a solid knowledge of culinary operations, a great financial acumen and an excellent sense of customer service.

 

The mandate of this person is to be the principal representative of Aramark for all units in his territory. Responsible for coordinating and leading successfully all activities related to his region through his subordinates. Negotiates directly with each client on all matters related to contracts and operations in order to establish and maintain a strong and mutually beneficial business relationship. This relationship will result in a high level of client and customer satisfaction, a better contract retention rate, a strong relationship with employees, the achievement of financial goals and a growth plan for its territory.

 

 

In addition, the General Manager must:

  • Be responsible for compliance with human resources policies and procedures in his/her district.
  • Responsible for maintaining a culture of safety and demonstrating and promoting Aramark's culture, values \u200b\u200band philosophy.
  • Responsible for supporting front-line managers to ensure that operating financial objectives are exceeded
  • Collaborate at all times with the various stakeholders of the company (human resources, marketing, purchasing, finances and sales).
  • Develop a budget plan for his/her district and prepare a budget for each unit.
  • Periodically and rigorously check and analyze the financial forecasts of the district and take an active approach to the strategies necessary to achieve the financial objectives.
  • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction to ensure continuity of contracts.
  • Be responsible for the implementation and effectiveness of programs in each unit in accordance with regional and corporate standards.
  • Be responsible for implementing and complying with the company's marketing programs.

 

Working conditions and environment:

  • Exposure to extreme hot and cold environments.
  • Ability to work on a rotating schedule or to be on site several days / week.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • More than 5 years of management / leadership experience, preferably in remote camps or hotel industries
  • 2+ years of culinary experience preferably in remote camps or hotel industries
  • Business diploma or certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • Must be able to work effectively, supervised and unsupervised
  • Ability and willingness to travel long distances
  • Ability and willingness to travel / work long periods outside of home
  • Remarkable communication skills
  • Valid class 5 driver's license
  • First aid certification is an asset
  • Familiarity with a unionized environment is an asset
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required (both written and verbal)
