Auto req ID: 273899BR Job Description The role is able to sit in any location in Upstate New York This role provides market and national functional leadership in the Pepsi Equipment Services (PES) Supply Chain (SC) function. Responsible for SC and service operations in the highly visible New England market. Serves as both a market, regional and a national resource in regards to supply chain operations and business improvement. Provide functional leadership and support to market PES teams with the goal of achieving Service Excellence by improving the scorecard measures of Customer Service, Productivity, Process, and Cost. Financial management of the largest market in the Northeast Region. Cascade all Headquarter/Region/Location objectives for equipment prep, move, and repair processes. Strong cross functional communication skills Participates in regular meetings with Market Channel Managers & Market Senior Director Span of coverage greater than 150 employees, 105,000 field assets, and 120,000 base activities Conducts weekly staff meetings with direct reports Coordination of market Natl/Local Sales initiatives People Development Building a bench for the future People Leadership Clear accountabilities and measures LSS Leadership (Kaizan/Green Belt Training) Manage various pilot projects, considered a headquarters resource Service as the field point person for various headquarters based service operations and projects to include R&D, testing and location support Expected salary range is $103,000 $120,000 Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% paid out annually Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement Other benefits, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location. For specific information, please discuss role requirements with the recruiter Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree Minimum of 5-10 years experience in supply chain operations with an emphasis on CPG and FMCG People management Exceptional leadership skills Strong financial management abilities Superior time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan. Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment, agreement, and commitments. Strong ability to work within and be successful in a highly matrixed environment. Strong analytical skills: ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan. Excellent communication skills: ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently, and solve problems by leveraging multiple function support. Strong planning/organizing skills: capable of managing major projects simultaneously. Self-starter, ability to work independently without constant direct supervision. Superior presentation skills, both in development of compelling stories and in presenting them at all levels within the organization.
