Auto req ID: 278757BR Job Description The Supply Chain Finance Associate Analyst will contribute to the success of Quakers Danville Manufacturing site by providing support for period end results, preparation of forecasts, support of the AOP process, enhanced financial analysis, SOX, and reporting. Key responsibilities Support Operations through financial reporting and analysis, including operating cost performance, planning, forecasting, score-carding, and cause of change assessments Provide period close support through calculation/analysis/processing of accruals and other critical PEC journal entries Preparation and analysis of plant weekly cost results & periodic yield, TE and reliability analysis for review and response meeting Manage fixed asset accounting for the Plant, including write-on and write-off of assets and relevant forecasting for HQ fixed assets group Effectively work with Inventory Control and Operations team for material and semi-finished goods inventory adjustments Support AOP development, including development of methods/tools /processes to more easily and accurately build AOP Develop expertise in plant payroll processing including knowledge of union contract implications on payroll administration Maintain tracking and analysis for AOP business changes and smart spending cost elements Provide analytical insights expertise to both field & headquarters teams Support plant productivity & safety agendas by working with Supply Chain, Operations and Plant management team Support SOX and SAG initiativesCompensation: The annual salary range for this position starts at: 55k to 65k #LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements BS Accounting/Finance required; Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into action plans, Strong people and communication skills to work with cross functional teams and to manage information gathering requests. Ability to build relationships, manage conflict and embrace change as well as have a positive influence on team members. Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills.
