Auto req ID: 278671BR Job Description Position Purpose and Primary Accountabilities: End to end project management of all commercialization/execution activities in PGCS to deliver new products to the PBNA sector on time PGCS Lead to support Regional Innovation IGP/Long term innovation planning and insights, to ensure Supply Chain considerations and risks are embedded into these plans D Lead advance Innovation planning through PGCS at a functional and plant level e.g. what are the products were launching in 2 years time and how do we ensure we have the capability to launch PGCS Customer Relationship Lead to resolve all innovation related issues either directly or through leverage of resources within PGCS. PGCS lead and participant in Category, Technical & ITM Stage Gate Process ensuring early visibility back to PGCS stakeholders while also managing the sector expectations and influencing their decisions to ensure successful launch Responsible for initial input/feed of regional innovation projects into internal project management system and update through Stage 3 Develop the upfront Supply Chain design for complex innovation which will deliver all concentrate and essential ingredients to the bottling location for conversion into finished product. PGCS plant lead to resolve all innovation related issues either directly or through leverage of resources within PGCS Ensure that the Central Data team have the kit set up on time so there are no delays to the project. Working with them on any trouble shooting issues to minimize delays this can involve working with Procurement, R&D, SRA, Quality, Vendor Direct team etc. to get a viable solution Working with the Key Holder in the plants to ensure manufacturing occurs on time and the material is shipped (if required) on time as part of the execution phase of the project Identify new to PGCS and new to plant components, new and existing keys, purchased prepacks, vendor direct & bottler sourced components by checking with the Plant and referring to SAP. Develop strong relationships with project stakeholders in a virtual environment as well as with the key Plant Stakeholders in PGCS manufacturing sites Cross Charging: work with central planner / plant Inventory teams to identify materials that the BU needs to take the cost on (from an approved CTP) and what costs PGCS need to absorb Manage the commercialisation and execution of new products in PGCS Ensuring that the plants execute as per target and committed dates Working with the plant on issue resolution to maintain ATO dates RM late, controls not in place, shipments late, quality issues with batches Assess light touch plant feedback (manufacture time, quality approval time, raw material lead times, transit time, registration requirements, SAP set up time, SRA timelines etc.) to create a project timeline for the BU that PGCS can deliver responsible for ensuring this timeline is achievable and is achieved. CTP: assessing raw material requirements based on launch volume and defining what raw materials/keys require a CTP to be approved by the BU based on risk criteria responsible for calculating the $ risk to PGCS if the BU wants to go ahead with the project and materials must be procured in advance of a bottler order Reservations Management: decide on what requires material reservation to guarantee stock on hand, execute the reservation, manage change to reduce risk of obsolescence, execute GCS controls Provide cover as required across commercialization team Implement ongoing process/optimization improvements to reduce inefficiencies within SC as needed Qualifications/Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree 5-10 years experience in a relevant Supply Chain discipline / product commercialization or equivalent Strong Project Management capabilities This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to manage business complexity and manage multiple priorities Possess a proactive and self-motivated learning style Ability to influence and align teams in a matrix and virtual environment Innovative approach to design and problem solving A tenacious executor with a proven track record of managing change and achieving strong results Possess excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to get things done both up and across the organization Work in virtual environment Knowledge of R&D product development processes Knowledge of food and beverage business and technology Working knowledge of the SAP ERP system Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
