This position will be a key leader of the Sports Fitness and Juice+ eCommerce Supply Chain Planning & Service Enablement team to ensure we have inventory positioned appropriately to support the rapid growth while minimizing waste risk. With a team of more than 300 associates and offices in Manhattan, Chicago, Plano, and Silicon Valley, PepsiCo has been laser-focused on meeting consumer needs and winning in the marketplace. Investing in eCommerce, digital capabilities and talent have been a huge part of that effort, with $3 billion in retail sales projected for the rest of this year. We're seeking a Supply Chain Supply Planning & Service Enablement Manager to join our team and navigate a rapidly growing environment to revolutionize the way we are capturing customer growth and delivering service. Youll have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to influence the biggest players in online grocery. This role will enable the PepsiCo Supply Chain Strategy within the PBC network to deliver service performance while developing the strategy for supply chain service through both tools and processes to support long-term growth. The position will be the primary interface with the broader BU organizations and work collaboratively across multiple business teams and functions within eCommerce: In this role you will have several distinct responsibilities and priorities: Responsibilities/Accountabilities This includes: Full end-to-end process ownership of eCommerce Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Service visibility from the point of production through the warehouse beverage distribution ultimately to the end customer/consumer Support the delivery of the sales growth targets while delivering and leading others to execute key supply chain service metrics across Fill Rate, Customer Out of Stocks, Forecast Accuracy, Schedule Attainment, & Waste performance Serve as the primary Supply Chain Planning Liaison (single point of contact) between the PBC Supply Chain Planning Leadership team and Global eCommerce group Lead cross-functional collaboration with eCommerce Sales and Commercialization teams, Including S&OP processes to align on demand and supply plans and ensure those plans are distributed to appropriate supply chains teams Develop strong working relationships across a broad span of cross-functional stakeholders including Internal direct reports, BU Supply Planning and Service points, Production Sites, Warehouse locations, Integration team, Finance teams, Commercialization Managers, and Sales teams Facilitate and lead partnerships with BU Planning Leadership Teams and site planners to mitigate service performance concerns and align on strategic initiatives that are mutually beneficial to eCommerce and key cross-functional stakeholders Engage with BU DP leadership in driving mutual AOP planning processes to ensure Digital commerce needs are taken into consideration for long-term visibility. Heavily partner with Commercialization, Integration, Sales, and Supply Chain Execution teams to deliver against aggressive production innovation launches to drive incremental growth Orchestrate and support the evolution of supply chain planning tools to effectively plan and service the team to include assessing current tool capability, identifying new tool capability requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional IT, BU teams, and eCommerce data teams to provide diagnostic and predictive capability Ensure Standard Operating Procedures both internally to the planning team and across cross-functional partners to create sustainability for the eCommerce business Coordinate weekly root cause analysis, utilizing exception reports and tools to identify inventory availability risks, and developing detailed action plans to mitigate product availability and waste Developing the capability and careers of all direct reports using PepsiCos PMP Process, tools, functional training while providing developmental opportunities Qualifications/Requirements BA or relevant Degree (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) from a rigorous graduate program with demonstrated high academic achievement 7+ years of professional Supply Chain Planning experience or highly analytical SC roles Strong analytical skills as evidenced by high intelligence and previous ownership of comprehensive analytical tasks and projects Knowledge of supply chain planning tools and networks across warehouse delivered Resilience as evidenced by the courage to maintain a positive attitude when faced with obstacles and the willingness to develop alternative approaches to overcome them Strong problem-solving capabilities as evidenced by a track record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight timelines Bias for action as evidenced by a track record of taking decisions to drive the interests of the business while still maintaining the highest levels of rigor and compliance Sound communication skills as evidenced by the ability to educate and influence other teams Cross-functional literacy as evidenced by the ability to work with support functions such as Supply Chain and Sales teams with relentless execution and follow-up Intellectual curiosity as evidenced with a strong history and desire to continuously learn and improve personal or team knowledge and performance Manage through ambiguity as evidenced by showing the ability to shift gears comfortably and effectively cope with change Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
