We are actively recruiting appellate law clerks for associate positions with our nationwide Supreme Court & Appellate practice. Judicial clerks joining Orrick directly from a clerkship on a federal court or the highest court in any state or the District of Columbia receive a significant bonus, reflecting the value Orrick places on the clerkship experience. Orrick also provides both compensation and seniority credit for the time spent clerking (including for multiple clerkships).

We are not accepting recruiter/search firm submissions for this role, and we do not accept recruiter/search firm submissions for candidates currently completing judicial clerkships. We encourage all judicial clerks to reach out to our recruiting team directly to discuss potential employment opportunities with Orrick.
