Linux and Monitoring tools support specialist

Job description
  • Provide Linux(Red Hat,SUSE,CentOS) and monitoring tools products support service,
  • Provide daily monitoring toolsOS and filesystem management to customer
  • New setup, deployment, migration and administration for required in specified project according to designed solution, including: installing, troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, operating, testing, planning and configuring relevant tasks.
  • Deploy standard tools for system backup, monitoring.
  • Perform System security hardening and patch installation.
  • Cowork with project manager, application team and other support groups in project environment; document operation procedure and provide transition to BAU support team.
  • Pursuing customer satisfaction to IBM service via professional work

Required Skills:
1. At least 5+ years Linux and monitoring tools IT projects delivery/maintenance hands on experience.
2. Have deep knowledge and rich hands on experience in implementation and maintenance for Linux product RedHat,Suse Linux,CentOSand monitoring tools ITM or Zabbix
3. Preferably have comprehensive knowledge of Linux virtualizationKVM solution and methodology.
4. Be familiar with IBM server hardware products.
5. Good working attitude and communication skill.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Target oriented and self-driven.
8. English: Fluent in reading and written is a must.
