System Service Representative/Account Service Manager

System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services as required by the client. Sound pretty important? Absolutely! You will advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client's IT operation.

Your Role and Responsibilities
1.Responsible for after-sales service support of IBM GTS TSS in Hebei province;
2.ASM(Account Service Manager) of VIP customer Hebei CMCC, maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
3.ASM(Account Service Manager) of Hebei, in charge of customer handle and lead after-sales service team of Hebei province;

Skill Required :
  1. Participated in the launching and business cutover of large-scale projects in the communication industry for many times, and participated in the design, implementation and security work, and received customer testifying letters for many years;
  2. Familiar with project management skills, have a clear understanding and judgment of the project, and ensure the quality acceptance as scheduled;
  3. Proficient in AIX operating system installation, upgrading, performance tuning, environment cleaning, system security and daily maintenance management;
  4. Proficient in the continuity planning of P-series servers business and the implementation, installation, debugging and switching of high availability of business;
  5. Familiar with DS-series storage planning, installation, configuration, maintenance management, etc.;
  6. Familiar with the knowledge of SAN networks and engaged in SAN network upgrading;

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
Expect you :
  1. Bachelor's or master's degree
  2. Ability to solve difficult and complex problems independently;
  3. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English;
  4. Be enthusiastic about work and have good learning ability and teamwork spirit.
  5. Have project implementation and maintenance skills, such as: planning and logical configuration of NIM, HACMP and high-end storage SAN network
  6. Capable of system performance analysis, PD and dump analysis of general system failures.
