Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Associate Manager is responsible for providing best in class staffing services to PepsiCo clients as well as internal and external candidates. As a key member of Global Talent Acquisition, you would support recruitment and drive a talent strategy for the US IT Talent Acquisition team. PepsiCo has a highly recognized reputation for recruiting and developing top talent across the globe. You would be responsible for carrying on this proud legacy by delivering high-quality professional candidates while leading hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. Responsibilities include performing full lifecycle recruiting, as well as an emphasis on hiring manager advisory. This position will be based in Plano, Texas.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal people leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition/management strategies
  • Create comprehensive search assignments, ensuring a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities, business requirements and talent gaps
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with PepsiCo hiring managers, HRBPs, vendors, and TA colleagues to create a partnership that yields consistent processes and results
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of PepsiCos business and culture in order to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace the career opportunity
  • Stay informed of recruiting trends and techniques
  • Develop and maintain a network of internal/external contacts to help source high potential talent
  • Leverage recruiting technology resources daily: Linked In, Kenexa, Avature and Hired Score
  • Initiate and participate in projects that further both TA and Business Function capability
  • Provide candidates with an accurate and compelling story as to why PepsiCo is a leading Employer of Choice
  • Interview and assess all candidates presented to hiring managers, including the use of face-to-face behavioural-based interviewing methodologies
  • Effectively partner with the TA Operations team to ensure all candidate/hiring manager coordination activities run smoothly and efficiently (job posting, scheduling, job offer processing, onboarding, etc.)
  • Organize and lead post-interview debrief sessions with interview teams and candidates
  • Extend offers of employment to selected candidates in collaboration with HR Generalist
  • Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure OFCCP compliance

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in a recruiting function, either within a corporate recruiting environment and/or a search firm
  • Applicant Tracking System or CRM experience, Kenexa experience is a plus
  • In-depth sourcing experience with Linked In Recruiter is required
  • Strong understanding and curiosity of the current technology landscape
  • Have worked across different verticals including SAP, Supply Chain, Logistics, Enterprise Solutions, Data.
  • Prior HR experience as a Generalist or in Talent Management, OD, Compensation & Benefits or any related HR speciality is a plus
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, has strong followed up and organizational skills
  • Consultative approach; talent advisor mindset, not afraid to share \"point of view\"
  • Project management capability for Talent Acquisition projects
  • Experience influencing functional leaders and decision-makers
  • Ability to develop authentic relationships with a diverse audience of professionals
  • Must be collaborative and a team player
  • Results-driven, seek accountability, work with a sense of urgency, and possess a drive to win
  • Authorized to work in the United States
