Your Role and Responsibilities
  • End to end Position management
  • Screening of incoming applications
  • Updating position and candidate statuses in HR tools
  • Conducting pre-screening interviews via phone
  • Scheduling face to face interviews for hiring managers
  • Manage the complete offer activity
  • Proactive sourcing of candidates and pipeline generation
  • Cooperating with recruiters on identifying the best recruitment sources (i.e. job boards, social media, & new recruitment technologies, etc.)
  • Completing eligibility checks before hiring candidates
  • Set and execute sourcing strategy on specific hiring projects
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitors analysis upon request
  • Strong cooperation with Recruitment other HR teams
  • Managing recruitment projects
  • Leading weekly hiring meetings with the relevant Bus
  • Coordinating the work of the allocated sourcing specialist in order to satisfy the BU hiring needs
  • Creating ad-hoc recruitment reports
  • Representing IBM on job fairs, university events
  • Organizes recruitment events and strengthens the ISSC/IBM image from an employer branding perspective
  • Stakeholder management with the relevant BUs hiring managers
  • Keep regular contact with recruitment agencies
  • Sharing process improvement ideas with Recruitment Team leader/Recruitment Manager

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
  • English: Fluent
  • At least 3-4 years experience in IT recruitment
  • Good verbal and written communication and team player skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of the performance driven team
  • Ability to work independently with proactive approach Human Resources
  • Skills in database management and record keeping
  • Attention to details, accuracy
  • Creativity and curiosity
  • Sales and growth mindset
