Talent Management Manager
Responsibilities Position Description Summary Proposed Title: Talent Management Manager, FL Select Proposed Level: L10 Manage Others: No Reports to: Drew Lam, Talent Management Director, FL Select The Talent Management (TM) Manager will play a key role in supporting the frontline hourly selection and assessment process for PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA), which includes our Frito-Lay and Quaker business units. We hire over 20,000 frontline associates each year into jobs across the U.S. The TM Manager will be primarily responsible for supporting the design, systems, and policy oversight for hiring of hourly sales and manufacturing functions. This role will partner internally with hiring managers, HR, HR Operations and legal as an expert on selection/assessment processes and policies and externally with all selection related vendor partners. The incumbent will identify key insights from various data sources to drive action planning initiatives. Responsibilities include: Overseeing job analysis and validation work for all hourly frontline selection tools, including prescreens, assessments, and interview guides Partnering with legal and compliance to ensure local hiring teams are compliant in their hiring practices Providing reports to field stakeholders and legal compliance on frontline staffing metrics Providing predictive analytics and trends from large hiring datasets from multiple data sources COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Please note that all such company vaccine requirements provide the opportunity to request an approved accommodation or exemption under applicable law Qualifications PhD in I/O Psychology required Bachelor's Degree required 5+ years of HR consulting or corporate Talent Management experience, preferably in the development, validation and implementation of assessment and selection programs required Demonstrated ability in: Job analysis Assessment development and validation processes Behavioral based interviewing/training Competency modeling Project management, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Vendor/partner management HR technology solutions including online applicant tracking systems Data analysis using advanced statistical methods, and applications including advanced knowledge SPSS, R, etc. Ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business goals Effective communication/presentation with people at all levels of the organization from front line leaders to senior executives Advance use of MS Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, and Word EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
