*Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team Leader*
As our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team Leader, you'll lead a passionate team of Site Reliability Engineers. You will also provide technical leadership, insights, and motivation to other teams delivering and supporting reliable, efficient, high quality software solutions.

*Responsibilities: *
* Ensure our infrastructure and applications are always available.
* Measurement and monitoring of availability, latency and overall system health.
* Manage a group of SRE engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
* Capacity planning, demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and systems tuning.
* Play an active role in driving and evolving the roadmap for the SRE organization. Develop, mentor and train other SREs in the Tech organization on SRE methodology with a focus on automation, maintainability, and security.
* Foster a culture that encourages open communication, accountability, creativity, and innovation.
* Participate in technical design and process discussions within your team and across partner teams to build highly available, reliable applications.



* BS or MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* 5+ years of experience in site reliability and technical operations leadership.
* 4+ years of people management and team leadership experience developing strong and motivated teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, able to collaborate and rally support. Comfortable leading discussions with upper management and have experience tailoring the level of technical details to suit the audience.
* Experience with 24/7 site monitoring and ability to own availability & performance SLAs.
* Experience designing and operating highly available, scalable and fault-tolerant systems using container platforms such as Kubernetes.
* Successful passing of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam within 18 months from date of hire
