TECH SALES CONSULTING - LEAD

Location: UK, Belgium, Italy

As part of the sales center unit, the Technical Sales Consultant is responsible for supporting Sales in achieving Sales Production and Revenue targets by producing technical, innovative and competitive solutions for our clients which meet their business needs

Roles and Responsibilities:

Understanding and translating customer business requirements into functional and technical requirements. Assist in discovery, due diligence efforts to acquire necessary data needed for solution development. Leading the technical evaluation and qualification of opportunities by matching against AT&Ts services & capabilities and identifying the appropriate resource to support design & engineering functions. Building commercially sound innovative solutions meeting the customers requirements, with the objective of creating a winning proposal. Maximize AT&Ts share of customer telecom spend by designing multi-service solutions. Present and defend the proposed solution to the customer, expressing the value to the customers business. Contribute to develop new and existing customer relationship & satisfaction, by focusing on the customers technical community and decision makers includes travel to on-site briefings, technical forums, whiteboard sessions.

Key Competencies and Skills:

3+ years experience in an international telecommunications environment Strongly customer oriented Customer facing experience in a pre-sales, sales or post-sales environment In-depth knowledge of Data and IP networking technologies, combined with thorough knowledge of VoIP Good understanding of the international telecommunications market Self-Starter Resourceful and Result driven Excellent interpersonal communications skills Fluent knowledge of the English language, written and verbal
