**Description:**


The Xandr Senior Solutions Consultant for the DSP is the main technical resource for our largest North American Buyside clients, responsible for supporting the way our customers utilize Xandr technology and products. They do this by leading integrations/implementations, providing technical consulting/expertise, and assisting in/influencing the early stages of product development. They will service our DSP and Curate clients, with a large emphasis on CTV, Identity, Political, APIs, custom algorithmic and attribution models, log level data, and more.

The broader Customer Success team is a critical function inside our North American Go-To-Market (GTM) engine, providing the right services and advisory teams across the entirety of the customer lifecycle on both the Buyside and Sellside.


Solutions Consultants are the largest team inside Customer Success; we are a diverse group of problem solvers with boundless technical curiosity. We work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Product Support, and Engineering. We build trusted client partnerships that produce mutual wins through spirited collaboration, intrinsic empathy, and a readiness to challenge the status quo. **About the job:**


+ Become a Buyside product and domain expert

+ Serve as the primary technical contact for our top tier buyside clients, proving an understanding of their business, leading technical scoping, and providing technical expertise and solutions as required

+ Lead relevant projects for our top clients, including API integrations, LLD (log level data) requests, data onboarding, custom tool development, advanced troubleshooting, and more

+ Work closely with Product and Engineering in the GTM process for product launches by testing new products and features, aggregating client feedback and influencing product development

+ Assist in mentorship and training of more junior Solutions Consultants; help enable internal client-facing teams as necessary

+ Help build the Buyside Solutions Consulting practice, including developing best practices, customer facing assets, and internal documentation

+ Collaborate often with Sales, Account Management, Sales Engineering, Product, Product Support, and Engineering in order to provide deliverables and consultative solutions to our clients


**Qualifications:**


+ 5-8 years of work experience in a Solutions Consultant or Technical Account Management role with client-facing and advisory experience

+ Buyside programmatic experience preferred (DSP, Ad servers, APIs, PMPs & Programmatic Guaranteed, etc.)

+ Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

+ Outstanding communication (verbal and written), presentation, and organizational skills; process-oriented yet entrepreneurial

+ Proactive approach; confidence to work cross-functionally across multiple teams/disciplines

+ Ability to prioritize and deliver against multiple, simultaneous projects/tasks

+ Proficiency with data analysis and manipulation in Excel

+ Proficiency in MySQL, APIs, and Python
