You'll be required to perform the duties of Technical Lead Engineer which include but not limited to below:

Provide planning, Designing and Implementation services to Ciscos Professional Services Customers.

Participates in or leads complex network migrations projects from Cisco to Cisco or any competitive platforms to Cisco.

Delivers migration plans, with a thorough understanding of network, customers change management processes, migration processes and related dependencies.

Work closely with the project manager on the engagement to ensure compliance to set processes, weekly progress and status checks, ongoing communications and meetings and drive technical leadership and solutions & deliverables discussions with the customers.

Mentor, coach and guide other consultants and engineers on the project to enable them for delivery.

Ensure smooth closure of engagements using relationship with the customer and guide them to the next steps.

We need a creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidly responding to customers demands to deploy and support Ciscos latest technologies and products. With a seasoned mix of broad networking knowledge and specific area expertise, you're well positioned to become a trusted advisor, capable of building solid, long-term relationships with customers. You will be expected to continuously enhance your skills and expertise to lead the technology/solution

Who You Are

Our minimum qualifications include:

Strong knowledge and expertise of below Ciscos products and technologies is must :

Network design skills; examine requirements and provide solutions within the constraints specified. Follows the agile methodology for fast solution delivery, testing, and value realization

Strong Cisco routing/switching skills, routing /switching protocols in both Enterprise and Service Provider environments

Strong SDN knowledge (SDWAN, SDAccess)

Strong Cisco Data Center knowledge (UCS, Nexus, ACI, HyperFlex, DCMN)

Virtualization (networks and servers)

Tunneling techniques (VPN, GRE, IPsec, and MPLS)

IPv6, QoS, IP multicast, NAT

A team player a willingness to use your voice and share your unique thoughts and perspectives

A customer-obsessed engineer- focused on successful customer delivery, quality, and realization of customer outcomes

A desire to work for worlds best IT company

A relationship builder able to develop excellent working relationships with customers, other customer delivery/sales organizations, & appropriate business units within Cisco

A self-starter able to thrive in an unstructured environment (ex. You won't receive a playbook on how to do the job, expectations will be in a general/high level form)

Good Cisco product/portfolio knowledge (does not include pricing, licensing, or ordering information)

Willingness to challenge institutionalized thought and provide new insights/ideas

Ability and willingness to learn new emerging technologies to support future customer needs.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT Administration, IT Security, etc. preferred

Presentation Skills: Executive level presentation skills, able to communicate complex solutions to non-technical audience successfully to help drive business growth and outcomes.

Exceptional professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills are critical traits.

Be able to demonstrate their ability to lead or guide teams made up of Cisco, Customer and Partner members in the analysis and troubleshooting of complex network issues.

Our desired skills include:

Requires BS/BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent plus 10+ years of related experience in IT industry

Certifications Preferred CCIE (Mandatory), CCIP, CCNA, CCNP ( Plus ), DevNet

Passionate, persuasive, charismatic thought leader capable of quickly establishing executive interest in Cisco services by articulating the value and business advantage of Ciscos network migration services.

A self-driven individual with the curiosity to learn, work in a fast paced changing environment, evolve continuously to keep pace with the Ciscos solutions, technologies and industry trends, be an inspiration and trend setters for others.

High-level, out-of-the-box thinking, analytical reasoning, and creative problem solving skills with the ability to convert thoughts to real and pragmatic execution
