What You'll Do

As an Enterprise Networking **Technical Solution Architect** you will lead and support the system engineer community in Hong Kong with strategic EN Software Control Point opportunity.Together with Hong Kong EN PSS & GC EN PSS, you will collaborate with the local Sales and SystemEngineer Team; covers customers, enablement for sales teams, competitive selling, support large and complex Enterprise Networking/Multi Domain deals and helping grow the business across wide portfolio of Enterprise Networking products, and be specifically focused on Software Value Selling, with extension to all strategic portfolio in Enterprise Networking. Besides of the focus in Hong Kong, also carries a general responsibility as a team member of EN Architecture SE team to support the business in Greater China.

Role & Responsibilities


- Evangelization of Cisco Enterprise Networking technology, product, solution and strategy in Cisco and in market.

- Work closely with EN PSS and EN focused SE, for planning and execution of key initiatives.

- Drive Cisco Catalyst Full Stack solution value selling and lead customer technology transformation and adoption

- Lead seminar,solution test driveand workshop necessary for engagement and enablement.

- Build sales tools, demos necessary for engagement and enablement.

- Strategic and complex deal support.

- Collaborate and build partnerships within Cisco as well as externally with partners to drive the agreed technical strategy, have regular dialogue with regional teams to ensure consensus with the GTM and technical strategy overall.

- Drive partner development & enablement, as well as anticipate new types of partners required to build future pipeline.

- Competition analysis and communication, as well assupport in strategic deals.

- New product introduction


Who You Are

- 8+ yearsof Enterprise Networking solutions experience,esp. in DNAC, Wi-Fi6/6E, SD-Access, SD-WAN, DNA Space/CMX, Catalyst Full Stack and IoT.
- 10+ years in ICT industry as technical role.

- Experiencein ELV and Smart Building projectsis an advantage.

- CCIE RS/EI certification prefer
- Experience, well recognized, around EN/Catalyst Full Stack solutions.
- In depth understanding of Cisco Enterprise Networking product, solution, strategy
- Strongunderstanding of Enterprise Networking market trends and challenges
- Deepunderstanding of key Cisco competitors in the Enterprise Networking and Cloud environment
- Experiencein working in teams to achieve both individual and group success.

- Language: English, Mandarin

- Possessesdeep understanding of complex technical sales engagements, partnerprofitability models at the country level and take action accordingly to ensure mutual success.

For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
