Who You Are

An experienced Systems Architect with a strong background in IoT. You have an excellent understanding of Cisco Control Center solutions in systems engineering or architecture (pre and post-sales). You are experienced in post-sales account planning and experience in life cycle project planning. In additional to technological aptitude and the ability for accelerated learning, you have social, presentation, interpersonal skills and can solve for problems that evoke passion and confidence.

    • You have the ability to map the customers' technical requirements and priorities to solutions.
    • You have the strong ability to influence & collaborate with internal and external resources.
    • You are flexible to set goals and priorities, yet you have strong prioritization skills with a consistent record of driving results.
    • You excel at prioritizing issues based on business impact and collaborate with Operation Management team and extended team to solve issues.
    • You can demonstrate value to the team and be seen as a Go-To person for key issues.
    • Excellent communication, presentation skills, technical writing skills, effective planning skills and the ability to work to prioritize and move forward multiple deliverables at the same time is a must.
    • Ability to work with and bring together different groups, teams, and projects.
    • Must be a self-starter, constantly learning and a team player.
    • Understand the pros and cons of each technology, and clearly know how to select at different scenario.


What You'll Do                                    

You will work with our Global Control Center Service Provider partners and use your experience and expertise to do solution development, implementation, delivery, etc. in a post-sales mode. You will lead and orchestrate Cisco and Partner resources to qualify solutions, close engagements to achieve product and service requests. This role allows flexibility, customer engagement, groundbreaking technology, and career mobility.

    • You will partner closely with Engineers/Architects/ Product Management to align the technology architecture to the customer's requirements and ensure customer success by orchestrating resources to assist the customer in realizing the full value of their technology investment.
    • Engage, advise and mentor teams on Customer Experience imperatives and business value-based consultative approaches.
    • Play a strategic, personal delivery role on key projects and continually build your position as trusted advisor and experienced guide.
    • Develop and maintain strong positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication channels and client satisfaction.
    • Co-create and define scope, expected timeline, and engagement exit criteria as part of engagement management. Define and implement processes and procedures for working with stakeholders to ensure engagements produce usable and applicable outcomes.
    • Develop and continually evolve your knowledge of internal solution areas through on the job learning opportunities and collaboration with others.

Our minimum requirements for this role:


  • 7+ years of industry experience with significant exposure in stakeholder engagement with a preferred focus in solution design. 
  • Consulting experience or experience with a Service Provider a plus. MS degree preferred.
  • You are skilled at understanding and defining problem statements, breaking down complexity or fuzzy business problems, quantifying the impact to the business, synthesizing data to tell the story, and recommending solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and execute aggressive timelines.
  • Knowledge of IOT, Cisco Control Center, GSM / GPRS core network architecture, LTE, 5G, IP switching and routing concepts, firewalls preferred.
  • Ability to interface with Sr Leadership and advise on technical strategy.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, collaboration, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong capability to lead people; organize, develop and motivate a team; achieve results through others; excellent project management/planning skills.
  • Willing to travel based on Customer needs.
