Role & Responsibilities

The Collaboration Digital Experience System Engineer/TSA role focuses on the customer care / contact center technology of the Cisco Collaboration portfolio. The role of the Architecture SE is to be a deep subject matter expert, to evangelize our portfolio to customers and partners, lead technical discussions and demonstrations of contact center and related technologies, and enable the Cisco field SEs to be able to become evangelist, too. Most of the opportunities that you’ll be working on will be based in the India.

Who You Are

·       B.E or B.Tech or Cisco Certified, with at least 9-14 years of Pre-Sales Experience in technology product and services selling.

·       Excellent technical understanding of Cisco Contact Centre, Unified Communications and related Collab. technologies

·       Good knowledge on customer care workflow and contact center operations

·       Has product knowledge in advance technologies either for Cisco Product or Cisco Competitor products

·       Capabilities in designing end to end large complex networks to meet Collaboration requirements

Soft Skills:

-          Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.

-          Ability to work effectively and make valuable contributions as a team member.

-          Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills.

-          Strong analytical skills: ability to assess a problem and settle an effective course of action.

-          Capabilities to work with various nontechnical groups (finance, legal, Post sales)

-          Can work under minimum supervision and under pressure

-          Self-motivated, fast learner and perseverance to make things happen

-          Capabilities to lead a group of people with various technical backgrounds

-          Capabilities to have critical thinking to address customer concern and to support customer business growth.
