Responsible for operation, implementation, and change management of software related to the 5G mobility data core. Works as part of 24X7 staff delivering advanced network technical support, and providing advanced technical troubleshooting skills to recover from complex network problems in real time to restore service. Responsible to review/interpret technical documentation and actions for inclusion/adaptation into day to day support requirements to manage current services in production. Supports identification of root cause, resolution, work arounds, testing and implementation of process fixes as it relates to service/network changes. May lead cross-functional teams on specific issues and/or projects.

+ Effective Linux/Unix Skills
+ Effective troubleshooting skills
+ Effective knowledge of mobility architectures
+ Technical writing skills
Desired Qualifications
+ Bachelors degree in Math, Science, Engineering or equivilent related network experience
+ Knowledge of Network Planning, Engineering, and Mobility architectures
+ Knowledge of cloud applications, including Openstack, VMWare, and Kubernetes
+ CCNA Certification
