Introduction


Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide remote deskside support to users located throughout the US in a Windows 10 environment out of our client support center.
  • Resolving customer hardware/software workstation problem tickets over the phone
  • Working knowledge of Dell and Lenovo laptops and desktops
  • Working in a team environment and assisting others when asked or when you have cycles.
  • Client location will Minneapolis, MN.


Required Professional and Technical Expertise
  • At least 5 years experience in deskside support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Windows 10, Service Now, Remote tools support, VIP support and Apple mac support.
