PGIM is seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to provide research support to the Chief Technology Officer of PGIM. 

We are looking for someone who will participate in and advance a wide array of business initiatives, as well as ensure the seamless functioning of the PGIM Operations & Systems (O&S) office.

You must be able to form trusting relationships with senior C-suite executives, influence across the PGIM O&S organization and work and operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment. 

Responsibilities Include:
Provide detailed analysis on key technical initiatives occurring at direct competitors.
Analyze market trends within FinTech to develop and present technology recommendations for PGIM.
Conduct research on various external vendors to identify and analyze products, services and cost.
Partner with C-level leaders in various areas of Prudential to identify common technology needs.
Leading and coordinating meetings between external vendors & internal stakeholders.
Manages key vendor and customer relationships within a category of spend to ensure on-going alignment to business requirements, for assigned area.
Ensuring effective problem-solving, collaboration, and communication between the PGIM O&S executive team and the Prudential Technology team.
Providing a strong link between the PGIM CTO and the teams within her PGIM O&S organization, between the CTO and the PGIMs affiliate businesses, between the Prudential Technology organization and between external parties, to ensure that information, meetings and engagements align with the business priorities.


Bachelors degree.
At least 3-5 years of experience as a research analyst within technology or FinTech. Asset Management experience is a plus.
Highly organized and detail-oriented; excellent in capturing, tracking and executing on multiple to-dos while remaining calm and not getting distracted. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Highly analytical, with a strong sense of critical thinking & intellectual humility. A willingness to dig deep to source and identify critical information.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Able to develop relationships with various internal businesses to promote  efficiency and collaboration.
Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with senior  leaders & external vendors.
Ability to quickly understand and navigate the organizational dynamics, hierarchies and relationships.
Able to work independently and handle workload.
A strong desire to continually learn and improve/enhance processes.
Excellent communication skills especially experience with C suite executives
Can do attitude.
