Key Responsibilities Daily sales execution for approximately $5-30MM in annual sales volume Management of 3 districts and over 30 sales associates as well as Sales Operations Lead and influence the day-to-day sales execution of this sales and warehouse teams, which includes but is not limited to sales, logistics, inventory, scheduling, training, performance management and people development Qualifications/Requirements Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Consumer Packaged Goods/Food & Beverage Industry experience or knowledge strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to focus & manage multiple priorities Strong selling and communication skills combined with a commitment and proven ability to succeed within a fast paced sales organization A history of upward mobility at fast-paced companies 8-10 years solid sales experience to include key account management, hands-on day to day sales operational experience with strong, proven leadership capability with a track record of leading and influencing large teams Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience Experience leading a large, multi-leveled workgroup Experience with expense management and/or managing a P&L Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis Must be 21 years of age or older Clean driving record for the past 3 years Must pass a drug screen and background investigation Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and/or certification may also be required Must be willing to drive a step van for 6+ months during training and on the job as needed Must be willing to relocate for promotion to Territory Manager (after designate training is complete) Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
