They will serve as a trusted adviser to marketing leaders and analytics leaders to track and measure campaign success and to drive operational KPIs. This role will also serve as Marketing\u0027s representative and advocate throughout the organization on IT projects, data projects, etc. This position will supervise a small team and oversee the operational structure supporting all marketing campaigns and data\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003E80% - System and Process Development/Management and Improvement: Evaluates, onboards and manages new technologies to improve and optimize marketing team performance Serves as the primary administrator; overseeing the development, implementation and the ongoing management of marketing automation technology Establishes and maintains scalable processes that ensure best practices in overall marketing operations, campaign, and lead management Works with Marketing and Analytics teams to develop and evolve campaign analytics to improve outcomes Continually improves processes across marketing team to maximize efficiency \u0026 scalability Manage marketing database, continually working to improve data quality, hygiene, and standardization Manage customer segmentation processes, continually improving to meet and exceed campaign objectives\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E10% - People: Provides leadership, mentoring and coaching to associates Attracts, retains, and develops top talent Conducts annual and mid-year reviews, reviewing individual development plans and providing performance feedback Acts as a coach and proponent of marketing principles and continuous process improvement\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E10% - Marketing SME and Advocate: Develop system and data requirements for marketing Attend project team meetings and working sessions Regularly communicate with marketing stakeholders on project statuses and impacts to systems, processes \u0026 strategies\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ENATURE AND SCOPE: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThis position reports to the Director.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThis position has 6 direct reports.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS\u003C/strong\u003E:\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EENVIRONMENT:\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp; Located in a comfortable indoor area.
