\u003Cdiv data-field=\u0022Position_Description\u0022 class=\u0022Summary\u0022\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPOSITION PURPOSE\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E The Rental Branch Manager (RBM) is responsible for leading all aspects of the Rental Operations Facility inclusive of day-to-day operations, customer service levels, and financial goals. They will be responsible for leading a team of 10-20 associates to successfully execute the daily delivery of Rental equipment, repair activities, and keeping stores in stock with Rental units. The manager will work closely with the sales and regional operations teams to drive cost out and ensure customer satisfaction. The manager will need to create a positive associate environment and set a high standard of performance in order to meet the needs of our customers.\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E 30% - Manage Facility Operations: Manage the workflow for the ROF operation and related systems.
