Job Description

PepsiCos Total Rewards team is an innovative, data-driven global function, driving excellence across compensation and benefits. The Total Rewards Business Partner (Manager to Senior Director) will operate as a strategic partner with the business to ensure that PepsiCos Total Rewards programs and tools continue to evolve to support the companys strategic priorities and reflect external best practices. This role requires strong collaboration with HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance, Employee Health & Safety and Global Business Services to ensure Total Rewards programs are relevant, comply with regulatory requirements and meet business needs. As a new member of this team, you will have the opportunity to join the PepsiCo Total Rewards team to be on the frontlines of leveraging best-in-class programs and tools to help enhance organizational effectiveness and deliver solutions.

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Create innovative Total Rewards programs that support PepsiCos vision to Be the Global Leader in Convenient Foods and Beverages by Winning with Purpose
  • Support core Total Rewards processes including salary benchmarking, developing salary ranges and bonus levels, job evaluation, managing the annual performance cycle, mobility practices, annual benefits enrollment and championing wellness initiatives
  • Lead or support development of strategy and/or design of compensation, benefits and wellness programs
  • Support reorganizations and acquisitions and work as required
  • Develop business requirements for Total Rewards tools
  • Monitor market external regulatory trends and emerging best practices to ensure that PepsiCos Total Rewards programs remain market competitive
  • Partner with Communications Team to enhance Total Rewards communication and understanding among employees and within the Human Resources function
  • Manage vendors, ensuring the right mix of innovation, creativity and quality for best value
  • Establish and monitor performance against service level agreements and key performance measures
As a Total Rewards Business Partner, you will:
  • Collaborate with key cross functional stakeholders (e.g. HR, Legal, Finance, Employee Health & Safety and Global Business Services) as required to define and implement strategies or ensure proper execution of baseline activities
  • Maintain relationships with external consultancies, industry groups and thought leaders to promote leading Total Rewards practices, internally and externally

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications & Requirements:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree required
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant Total Rewards experience
  • Strong oral communication skills; demonstrated presence and ability to communicate well with others
  • Strategic thinking and ability to set strategic priorities/objectives
  • Ability to translate business strategy and context/needs into Total Rewards solutions
  • Strong leadership skills; ability to develop relationships, collaborate effectively and influence at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in Total Rewards
  • Digital savviness and ability to analyze large complex datasets to extract actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of job content, organization structure and strategic priorities
  • Industry-specific certifications are a plus
