They will be responsible for delivering data & analytics, new solutions & intelligence for PepsiCos transportation function. They will also lead new technology & digital product delivery across PEP N.A. transportation. This position will have high field visibility and cross functional collaboration with senior leaders spanning PepsiCos supply chain, procurement, finance team and other transportation teams across PepsiCo. Job Description: Develop a robust project design and strategy for the implementation of PepsiCos data & analytics agenda Lead complex process improvement and LSS projects that include project management and data analysis Lead roadmap of digitization journey for PEP N.A. transportation Advance value chain initiatives and digitization efforts focused on PepsiCos transportation primary & middle mile Strong leadership skills including influencing skills with cross functional partners, strategic development, selling strategy to senior leaders and to the field leadership to deliver productivity Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of integrated and efficient transportation networks Lead operational acceptance and implementation of cost-effective business models Provide cross-divisional facilitation and act as liaison between project teams, operational, and external/internal groups COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
