Cisco HyperFlex combines compute, virtualization, storage, and networking in a single cluster, supports multiple hypervisors and can be managed from on-prem or SAAS. Users can easily scale out to match computing and storage resource needs. 

Were looking for a highly motivated and hands-on UI Development Manager to lead our talented team of UI developers.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of talented User Interface development engineers to manage Cisco HyperFlex solutions from on-prem or SAAS.
  • Work closely with UX designers, API engineers and Product Management to understand the requirements, collaborate creating Initiatives, Features, User Stories and Tasks in Rally. Manage corresponding deliverables.
  • Work with backend API teams to ensure end to end dependencies management and integration using Agile phases.
  • Collaborate across teams in US and India.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Requires 8+ years of experience as a UI development manager with strong leadership skills.
  • Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience using Rally and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent team and interpersonal skills, communication skills and a self-starter.
  • Experience with few of the following technology areas: Hyperconverged solutions, SAAS, Web development stack (Polymer, ReactJS, Golang, MongoDB, OpenAPI, Swagger)
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
