Prudentials HR Technology Team is looking for a dynamic, highly collaborative and consultative change agent to join our team as the Head of HR Digital Solution Delivery, where you will drive transformational change by enhancing business processes and bringing innovation and technology to our workforce.


Reporting to HRs CIO, the Head of HR Digital Solution Delivery is a results-driven HRIS leader with deep experience in HR technology, strategy, process, project management and global HR service delivery. A major focus area will be our new Global HR digital ecosystem, in which Workday is the Human Capital Management system. This person has experience implementing global HR systems, harmonizing processes and optimizing service delivery. Is a continuous learner, keeping up to date on emerging technology trends, with a focus on using technology to better reach, interact, and enable the user experience. This person is a creative problem solver and will act as a positive disruptor and outside the box thinker to lead and influence innovative business solutions. Cultivates strong cross-functional relationships to drive change, accelerate user adoption and increase efficiency. Has a deep understanding of how current existing technology in conjunction with a third-party vendor model can be used to optimize the user experience.


  • Develop business relationships with HR executives, peers and stakeholders to understand business priorities and enable the business needs through technology.
  • Lead the Prudential Workday AMS team and activities ensuring that all components of delivery are optimized to meet business needs and operating principles
  • Sets the HCM Operations strategy and priorities in coordination with Service Delivery and engages senior leaders within HR and IT to gain alignment and support
  • Work with agility in primarily an Agile Production Management SDLC, accelerating adoption through usability testing and design thinking
  • Establish measures and metrics for all critical processes and manages the function through use of these metrics, providing complete transparency and open communication to all interested stakeholders
  • Continually shares knowledge of the HR technology industry and the possibilities that new technological developments bring to HR
  • Maintain and advance a strong, high performance culture
  • Solutions delivery aligns to governance and compliance standards
  • Enables HR effectiveness and data-driven decision making

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
    • 10 years of IT leadership experience in roles of increasing responsibility and complexity
    • Experience with HR software products such as Workday, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation management, benefits administration, AI/ML, HR Data & Analytics, HR intranets
    • Proven ability to deliver through a large-scale multi-channel technology function in a highly complex organization
    • Proven success with service delivery, evolving the customer experience, process optimization and leveraging new technology solutions
    • Strong leadership skills, and has a strategic perspective with ability to deliver
    • Strong technical designer
    • Innovative and entrepreneurial with a high learning agility
    • A positive change agent with the ability to inspire and motivate own team and other individuals
    • Ability to develop, cultivate and leverage relationships
    • Strong and persuasive communicator, skilled at resolving conflict and negotiating effectively and tactfully
    • Ability to work on highly cross-functional geographically distributed project teams
