The purpose of this role is to develop, manage, control, and improve Phlow's entire E2E supply chain process  from procurement of KSMs to delivery and satisfaction of customers.  The candidate will be a partner-facing and customer-facing leader who personifies Phlow's shared values and culture, both internally and externally.  As a member of Phlow's senior leadership, the candidate will work with the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethics to create win-win scenarios for patients, customers, partners, and colleagues. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create, develop, and manage Phlow's supply chain from raw materials through finished product delivery to customers and end users 

  • Ensure adequate inventory levels are achieved and maintained in the SAPIR and at all other supply/inventory nodes for both commercial and USG customers 

  • Design/build an ERP system to provide visibility and efficiency across the integrated supply chain 

  • Manage all contractual relationships with suppliers and partners throughout the integrated supply chain 

  • Ensure flawless customer service and satisfaction as measured by OTIF and customer surveys 

  • Constantly drives best-in-class supply chain efficiency, as measured by cycle time and inventory as compared to external benchmarks 

  • Manage Phlow's procurement process in an efficient, compliant, and socially beneficial manner 

Qualifications: 

  • 10-15 years of integrated supply chain management experience; with a demonstrated track record of improving customer service, efficiency improvement, and partnership building 

  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated track record of implementing and using LEAN and OPEX principles to create supply chain reliability and efficiency 

  • Track record of implementing/managing ERP systems to create visibility, reliability of service, and efficiency 

  • Demonstrated track record of success managing procurement processes/partnerships to achieve year-over-year cost savings 

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or industrial engineering.  MBA is preferred
