In this role, youd be responsible for the identification, prioritization and reporting of security threats that are IDd via testing on enterprise and service provider networks. Youd bring along your vast expertise guiding operations teams on how to address high risk vulnerabilities.
Youll report to our Senior Manager of Vulnerability Management and work alongside some amazing folks from our Security Governance Risk and Compliance teams.

*What Youll Do :*
Heres a look at some of the key responsibilities that come with this job:

* Handle the ongoing scanning, prioritization, and reporting of vulnerabilities throughout on-premise and cloud-based environments across our enterprise and service provider networks.
* Implement and maintain our vulnerability scanning solutions, including security agents deployed on endpoints across the enterprise.
* Join forces with our operations teams to understand, prioritize and track remediation of vulnerabilities
* Develop and maintain integrations between security tools and automate our security testing processes.
* Keep up with industry leading vulnerability and software security vendors and inform their product roadmaps.
* Create clear and concise documentation, from findings to reports to communications.

Qualifications: *Who You Are :*
As you can imagine, this is one of those jobs that requires some special skills. Here are some of the basic requirements that will assure youre on track for this opportunity:

* 2+ years of experience in the information technology field
* Deep understanding of operating systems (kernel processes, privilege levels, etc.)
* Independently researching and solving technical issues
* Rock solid communication, planning, documentation, and organizational skills, and Your intrinsic interpersonal skills and can easily develop working relationships with internal and external clients.
* Comfortable working in an ever-changing environment, and youre consistently able to produce high quality work in a timely fashion.

* BS/BA degree in related discipline desired (i.e. Computer Science or Computer Information Technology)
* 4+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience working as a professional in the IT security space
* Professional certifications such as the Security+, GCIA, and/or CISSP
* Experience with Qualys, NMAP, Python, SQL, Windows/Unix Operating systems, security technologies, Cloud technologies, network architectures, and container architectures.
