General Summary:
This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation. This position is 2nd Shift.


Job Summary/Description - Plans and coordinates activities of employees engaged in the building of pallets, certifies the accuracy of the product on the pallets and ensures the loads are shipped to the correct customer.
Major Responsibilities The essential functions and/or the specific duties and tasks of work performed.
Certify pallet inventory using Voice Pick technology

Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
Check all pallets built by Warehouse Pickers prior to loading pallets on route and bulk trucks
Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet building practices
Provide feedback to Warehouse Supervisor on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of Pickers and Loaders
Track each load accurately
Accurately count all pallets
Maintain pace of pallet certification
Identify priorities and coordinate resources
Coach Pickers on Pallet Build Accuracy
Assess and enhance skill set of Pickers
Recommend process improvements
Coordinate Picker and Loader team
Encourage, demonstrate and train safe working practice
Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas (e.g. warehouse and loading areas)
Assist in daily / monthly inventory counts

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required, College degreed preferred
Prior warehouse experienced preferred
PC/technology literate

  • Eligible to work in the United States
