Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities and required skills:
Perform Chat data analysis delivery using custom Live Person data mining product, including the use of integrated third-party business intelligence tools.
Create Microsoft Excel and other reporting with a proven record of success in data initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth through more effective decision-making. Hands-on team member with technical know-how with big picture perspective.
Conduct quantitative analyses on Chat Key Performance Indicators, structured Chat data variables and ensure the integrity of source data. Synthesize analysis results into strategic recommendations to grow lead generation pipeline. Communicate these results to key stakeholders in Digital, Sales, and Marketing organizations.
Identify key Chat performance measures and provide timely summaries of progress at an appropriate level of detail for all key stakeholders. Create ad-hoc analyses to provide guidance and support for both internal and external resources.
Liaison with country and regional response and lead management leaders to share expert chat analysis, recommendations on overall performance, how to improve agent conversion, CSAT scores and revenue growth opportunities
Experience in setup and run different reports, setup chat performance dashboards, and correctly interpret analytic data on a digital engagement platform (eg LivePerson) to recommend insights, best practices for the business. Ensure that reporting reflects established business processes and definitions that meet business needs; and that those processes are modified as needed to enable the tracking of key performance indicators.
Design, develop, and perform fine-tuning of Chat operational system of to facilitate product offering growth and value.
Ensure adoption of Chat standards across business units and IOTs
