What Youll Do

As a Webex Calling Business Analyst within Ciscos Calling Partner Operations organization, you are an impassioned champion of delivering the utmost partner and customer enablement experiences.

You will work closely with partner- and customer-facing teams to define and refine how we provide world class customer and technical support services. You will own, drive, and create extraordinary experiences throughout both partner and customer journeys. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, with a keen ability to apply both strategic and tactical methodologies.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Define service delivery processes, vision & strategy for new services opportunities
  • Continuously work on existing services to build clear and consistent methods and procedures for utmost efficiency
  • Capture and interpret sales, partner and end-customer needs and feedback to identify support enhancement opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to simplify manual functions through automation
  • Assist services teams to solve tactical problems leveraging expertise in engineering and operations teams
  • Work closely with services and development teams to define and implement new task management system
  • Understand costing and financial drivers as related to service delivery needs

Who Youll Work With

This role is a critical interface between the Calling Partner Operations and both internal and external organizations. In the Partner Ops org, youll work with teams responsible for supporting PSTN fulfillment, implementation, migration and onboarding of end-customers on behalf of our partners, as well as our in-house development team.

Youll work closely with a diverse array of teams and roles, including:

  • Strategy, Go-To-Market, Product and Channel Partner teams to develop new and optimize current service-related offerings
  • Engineering and operations teams to assist with technical support of offerings
  • Partners and their End-Customers to understand their requirements to provide best-in-class support services

Who You Are

You have 10+ years of product or technical lifecycle management experience with collaboration and calling products including significant experience working closely with service delivery and support teams.

  • Bring a strong mix of business anaylst, product management, project management and partner/customer experience acumen
  • Expert at building trust, consensus and effective relationships with peers & cross-functional teams
  • Identify and overcome challenges on your own using confidence, influence and quick thinking
  • Simply articulate complex concepts and deliver at different levels inside and outside of the company
