[Your mission is to build and manage the 1:1 wireless customer communications strategy and journey. Ensure that it creates a cohesive and simple customer experience. This Senior Manager role is responsible for partnering closely with and influencing the wireless team and marketing operations teams to ensure successful, consumer centric strategy & execution for all 1:1 wireless communications. The role will partner closely with marketing and operational teams to ensure a coordinated approach and serve as a champion for wireless with martech, targeting & execution teams helping them to understand consumer insights and incremental requirements needed to maintain a best-in-class customer communications journey. ]()


*Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions*



* Collaborates with a broad cross-functional team including CX, product, sales strategy, and care to blueprint key customer experiences. Be the voice of the consumer within these working teams to ensure that the experience crafted is best in class.

* Primary person responsible for capturing communication requirements from any cross-functional team within a hyper focus on key experiences.

* Leads cross-functional team of marketing, product and agency strategic planners to craft the customer communication journey.

* Immerses marketing teams in the customer communications journey strategy in preparation for creative brief development.

* Collaborates closely with marketing and operational teams to drive a coordinated omnichannel execution of the strategy.

* Collaborates with Journey and Customer Experience teams to ensure communications strategy aligns with frictionless customer experience (minimize pain points, streamline communications) on an ongoing basis.

* Partners with Analytics team to identify advanced reporting needs. Analyzes performances trends, CX insights and best practices to provide ideal state including optimization recommendations (test and learn, start/stop/continue).

* Works closely with martech, application owners and technology teams to advance new marketing tools/technology capabilities for optimal program execution

* Collaborates with marketing, operations, maretch teams to drive consensus on comms priorities.

* Actively participates in future blueprinting sessions and acts as wireless representative across organization for 1:1 communication needs.


Qualifications: *Minimum*



* 7 + years of experience in marketing related fields; 5+ years of experience if candidate possesses advanced degree

* 5 or more years experience managing CRM and Lifecycle 1:1 marketing programs

* Experience implementing new or improving existing business processes.

* Experience with journey mapping.

* Strong collaboration and consensus building skills. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Process orientation, ability to mulitask and work effectively in a heavily matrixed environment.

* Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

* Self-motivated, strategic thinker able to work independently.






*Preferred *



* BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.).

* 3 or more years of experience in a management role or leading cross functional projects preferred

* Experience working with Martech and Technology teams
