What Youll Do

As a Workforce & Staffing Management Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving key program outcomes from design through deployment to enhance the CX workforce. You will partner with multiple cross-functional teams to accelerate targeted workforce initiatives. You should be comfortable in an individual, self-driven role, as well as in a team environment and have a proven track record of successfully executing strategic priorities from inception to completion. This role requires someone who is motivated, adaptable, with strong time management, project management skills, analytical mindset most importantly consultative.

Specifically, you will:

        Manage overall global integrated delivery process that focuses on delivery segmentation

        Manage team of program managers to drive global consistency

        Be an advisor to key stakeholders and proactively provide recommendations

        Analyze data and glean insights

        Identify and solve complex and ambiguous problems in all areas of business and across boundaries

        Craft, execute and track the project timeline, budgets, risks and issues

        Manage stakeholder relationships (e.g. identify and leverage stakeholders; clarify expectations)

        Facilitate solutioning sessions with key partners to drive the interim/end-state design and plan

        Develop and coordinate the definition and execution of change management and communication plan and complete the Impact Assessment

        Work closely with senior management to design and build release dashboards/metrics

        Drive continuous improvement (e.g. evaluate program progress and results against success metrics; create or re-engineer processes, resources, structure to gain productivity and improve program)

Responsibilities include:

1.     Accountable for driving global integrated delivery process to meet annual targets

2.     Provide vision, strategy and business objective alignment to lead end-to-end program implementation

3.     Perform overall program-level planning & lead program execution of interdependent projects

4.     Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationship with the stakeholders

5.     Understand customer business challenges and deliver program benefits to solve those challenges

6.     Build and present presentations at the Executive audience level

7.     Take complex topics and can simplify for executive consumption

        Ideally have prior consulting experience

        Be comfortable and available to present in different global time zones

        Successful track record of leading cross functional projects including the ability to think end to end and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

        Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

        Advanced Computer proficiency: Excel (pivot tables), Word, Power Point
